The Democratic Party of the United States continues its national
convention in Denver, Colorado on Tuesday.
On day two of the four
day spectacle, Barack Obama's former nomination rival Hillary
Clinton is to give a speech intended to unite the party behind
Obama's bid to seize the White House. An estimated one third of
Clinton supporters have still not swung behind Obama. Many say they
plan to vote for Obama's Republican rival John McCain instead.
Meanwhile ABC news reports that three men who were arrested east of
Denver on Sunday have admitted to a plot to kill Obama using a
rifle.
